SCP Smart Control Panel for PSA Oxygen and Nitrogen Generators. The SCP is a 7” touch screen control system that is perfect for medium and large sized plants.
One of the great features of the SCP control system is the available extensions, which allows for easy system expansion and software modification to meet the specific requirements of each customer. The SCP control panel can an upgrade for an outdated control system on any PSA generator. This can provide improved functionality, greater control, and increased efficiency for the generator.
Main functions:
• Warnings for upcoming services – The SCP control panel can provide warnings for upcoming services, such as routine maintenance or component replacements. The warnings can be based on a pre-determined schedule or can be triggered based on the actual usage of the system.
• Alarm notifications for quick issue resolution
• Built in visual / acoustic alarm
• Pressure dependent delivery – Oxygen delivery based on pressure in product tank.
• Stand by function – System will start and stop depending on product pressure.
• Remote Start Stop – Digital input to externally Start/Stop System
• Auto start after power outage – system will automatically start as soon as power is restored.
• History of alarms
• Live trend and historical trends of product pressure, PSA vessels pressure and more.
• Product purity monitor (optional) – continuously monitors the product purity in the tank and alerts you when the product purity falls outside of the desired range
Available extensions:
• Modbus TCP/IP, MQTT – Monitor and control system via Modbus or MQTT communication, such as SCADA systems or PLCs.
• Remote Control – This feature enables remote management of the SCP system through the internet or local network.
• Product purity control – continuous monitoring of the gas purity throughout the production process. This ensures that the produced gas meets the required specifications.
• UPS – provides up to 30 minutes of power backup for the SCP Smart Control Panel.
• Adjustment of flow rate – precise control of gas flow rates, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Air tank / Product tank -monitoring system – This extension allows the user to connect up to 8 additional sensors and monitor key parameters.
• SMS Control – a remote-control system for the SCP Smart Control Panel. With SMS Control, users can remotely control and monitor their systems through SMS messages.
